GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear

Product Overview

The GGD type low-voltage fixed switchgear is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises to convert, distribute, and control electrical energy as power, lighting, and distribution equipment in distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V, and rated current up to 3150A. This product has high breaking capacity and a rated short-time withstand current of 50kA. The route scheme is flexible, easy to combine, highly practical, and has a novel structure.

This product is one of the representative products of assembled and fixed panel switchgear in China

This product complies with standards such as GB7251 'Low voltage switchgear and control gear' and IEC439 'Low voltage switchgear and control gear'.

Normal usage conditions

1. Environmental temperature:- 5 ℃~+40 ℃, with an average temperature not exceeding+35 ℃ within 24 hours

2. Altitude: 2000m and below.

3. Relative humidity: not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ℃, and allowing for a higher relative humidity at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at+20 ℃). Consideration should be given to the possibility of accidental condensation due to temperature changes.

4. The inclination of the equipment during installation with respect to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees

5. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, as well as in a place where electrical components are not corroded. Note: If the above conditions cannot be met and the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with our company to solve the problem.

2. Auxiliary circuit scheme

The design of auxiliary circuits is divided into two parts: power supply scheme and power plant scheme.

3. Main busbar

When the rated current is 1500A or below, a single copper busbar is used. When the rated current is greater than 1500A, a double copper busbar is used. The overlapping surfaces of the busbar are treated with tin technology.

4. Selection of electrical components

a. GGD cabinets mainly use electrical components that can be mass-produced domestically. For cabinet circuit breakers such as DW17, DZ20, DW15, etc., DW45, CW1, AE, M, F, etc. can also be used, and plastic shell circuit breakers such as DZ253, TM30, NS, and other advanced electrical components at home and abroad can be selected.

b. The HD13BX and HS13BX rotary operated knife switches are specialized components designed to meet the unique structural needs of GGD cabinets. They change the operating mode of the mechanism while retaining the advantages of old products, making them a practical new type of electrical component.

c. When the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs, the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility and generally does not cause manufacturing and installation difficulties due to updating electrical components.

d. To further improve the dynamic stability of the circuit, the busbar support of the GGD cabinet adopts a dedicated ZMJ type combined busbar clamp and insulation support. The busbar clamp is made of high-strength, high flame retardant PPO composite material thermoplastic molding, with high insulation strength, good self extinguishing performance, and unique structure. It can be easily combined into a single busbar or double busbar clamp by adjusting the building blocks. The insulation support is a sleeve type molded structure with low cost, high strength, and solves the problem of insufficient creepage distance in old products.


Structural characteristics

1. The cabinet of the GGD type AC low-voltage distribution complete set of switchgear adopts the form of a universal cabinet, and the frame is assembled with C-shaped profiles. The frame parts and specialized supporting parts are produced and supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20 module installation holes, with a high universal coefficient. It can enable the factory to achieve pre production. It not only shortens the production and manufacturing cycle, but also improves work efficiency.

2. The design of GGD cabinets fully considers the heat dissipation issues during cabinet operation. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot. Cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top in the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.

3. According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the cabinet body shape and the division dimensions of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and generous.

4. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a pivot type movable hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. The folded edges of the door are embedded with a mountain shaped rubber strip. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door.

5. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation components inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with roller washers, forming a complete grounding protection system for the entire cabinet.

6. The surface of the cabinet is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spraying powder technology. Has strong adhesion and good texture. The entire cabinet is in a matte color scheme, avoiding glare effects and creating a comfortable visual environment for the on duty personnel.

7. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

8. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20 and P30 according to the requirements of the usage environment.
