GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, and high-rise buildings. In places with high automation levels such as large power plants and petrochemical systems that require computer interfaces, this low-voltage complete distribution device is used for power distribution, centralized control of electric motors, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltage of 380V (400) V, (600) V, and rated current of 4000A or below.
Usage conditions
The ambient air temperature should not exceed+40 ° C and should not be lower than -5 ° C. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ° C. When exceeded, it is necessary to reduce the capacity and operate according to the actual situation.
For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.
The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ° C, and larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at+20 ° C. It should be considered that condensation may occur accidentally due to temperature changes.
When installing the device, the inclination with respect to the vertical plane should not exceed 5 °, and the entire cabinet row should be relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ232-82 standard).
The device should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and where it is not sufficient to cause undue corrosion to electrical components.
