Scope of use of frequency conversion control cabinet

The frequency conversion control cabinet is mainly used to regulate the operating frequency of equipment, reduce energy loss, ensure smooth start-up of equipment, and minimize the damage to the motor caused by the high current generated when the equipment is directly started. At the same time, it comes with analog input (for speed control or feedback signal), PID control, pump switching control (for constant pressure), communication function, macro function (with different parameter settings for different occasions), multi-stage speed, and so on. It can be widely used for automatic control in various occasions such as water supply, drainage, fire protection, sprinkler network pressurization, HVAC cold and hot water circulation in industrial and agricultural production and various buildings.

1. Power supply: mains power, self owned power grid, diesel generator set; Three phase AC 380V, （-10%，+15%),50HZ；

2. Applicable motors: general squirrel cage asynchronous motors;

3. Starting frequency: It can be started frequently, and it is recommended not to exceed 20 times per hour;

4. Protection level: IP41 or IP20.

Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters (reduced capacity should be used if exceeding 2000 meters), ambient temperature between -25 ℃ and+40 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 95%, and no condensation. The vibration is less than 0.5G.
