Usage conditions

1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ° C, not be lower than -5 ° C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed 35 ° C.

2. For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the usage location shall not exceed 2000m.

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ° C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, taking into account the possible impact of condensation caused by temperature changes.

During equipment installation, the inclination with respect to the vertical plane should not exceed 5%.

5. The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration and impact, as well as in places where electrical components are not corroded.

1. The cabinet adopts the form of a universal cabinet, and the cabinet frame is assembled with C-type materials. The cabinet frame parts and specialized supporting parts are produced and supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20 installation holes, with a high universal coefficient. Can enable pre production of factory experiments. It not only shortens the production cycle but also improves work efficiency.

2. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot. Cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot, forming a natural ventilation channel from top to bottom in the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.

3. Use the golden ratio method to design the appearance of the cabinet and the division dimensions of each part, making the entire cabinet look beautiful and elegant.

4. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a pivot type movable hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. There is a mountain shaped rubber strip at the folded edge of the door. When the door is closed, the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door.

5. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation inside the cabinet is connected to the cabinet frame with roller washers, forming a complete grounding protection system for the entire cabinet.
