Characteristics of GCK type low-voltage drawer switchgear
The main material of the cabinet frame of GCK low-voltage drawer type switchgear is made of expansion steel, which is positioned using angle plates and bolted to a non welded structure. The molding dimensions, opening dimensions, and equipment spacing of the components are modularized. The cabinet is divided into three mutually isolated sections: busbar room, functional unit room, and cable room, which can effectively prevent the spread of accidents and facilitate live maintenance.
The functional unit of GCK low-voltage drawer type switchgear can be safely replaced and repaired by completely disconnecting the unit components from the conductive vertical busbar as the drawer is moved out. The main circuit plug and auxiliary circuit plug of the functional unit have the characteristics of reliable insertion, uniform force distribution, and balanced insertion and removal, ensuring reliable connection. The unit compartments are separated by metal plates, and the doors in the compartments can automatically close as the drawers are pulled out, ensuring that the human body cannot touch the live vertical busbars and ensuring safety.
The horizontal busbar of GCK low-voltage drawer type switchgear is installed on the top of the cabinet, which is a three-phase five wire system or a three-phase four wire system. The specifications are selected according to the calculated load or specified by the user. The vertical busbar is enclosed in a halogen-free, non-toxic, and flame-retardant engineering plastic shell.
